AI can compress weeks of research, writing, design and even coding into days. But a messy stack of overlapping subscriptions slows you down. In this lesson you will pick one tool per job, set up your measurement accounts, and write a reusable niche brief that makes every AI tool smarter about your asset.

The six layers of your stack

Layer Job Example tools
Research Find sources, questions, competitors Perplexity, ChatGPT search, Gemini, Google Trends
Think and write Outlines, drafts, editing, code help ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
Design and media Graphics, pins, mockups, short video Canva, CapCut, Descript
Build The asset itself WordPress, a store platform, a POD service, a domain marketplace, a no-code builder
Measure Traffic, search data, conversions Google Search Console, GA4
Automate Connect apps, repeat tasks Zapier, Make, n8n

Build layer by model

  • Niche site: WordPress with a fast, lightweight theme, an SEO plugin and a caching plugin. Keep plugins minimal.
  • Store / POD: a hosted store platform or a marketplace shop connected to a print-on-demand provider. Order samples before launch.
  • Domains: a registrar account with good renewal pricing, accounts on major domain marketplaces and a simple “for sale” landing page template.
  • Micro-SaaS: a no-code or low-code app builder, a form or database tool, a payment processor and an AI coding assistant for custom pieces.

Set it up in one session

  1. Pick one AI assistant as your “home base.” Use it for thinking and writing. Add a second only for research with citations.
  2. Create a project or folder for your niche. Most assistants let you save custom instructions or project files. Put your niche brief there.
  3. Set up your build account. Create the account for your model, but do not design anything yet. That comes in Module 2.
  4. Create a Google account for the asset. Use it for Search Console, GA4 and any shared docs, so the asset is easy to hand over or sell later.
  5. Open a design account. Create a brand kit placeholder with two colors and one font. You will refine it later.
  6. Set a monthly tool budget. Write down the maximum. Use free tiers until a tool saves you real time every week.
  7. Start a password manager and an “asset handbook” doc. Log every account, login location and renewal date. Future you (or a future buyer) will thank you.
Pro tip: Treat your asset like a separate business from day one: separate email, separate accounts, documented processes. It makes delegation easier in Module 4 and makes the asset far more sellable.

Write your niche brief

This single document is the most valuable thing in your stack. Paste it at the top of any AI conversation.

AI Prompt

Help me write a one-page "niche brief" I can paste into any AI tool.
Asset model: [model]. Niche sentence: [I help X with Y through Z].
Audience phrases I collected: [paste 10 phrases].
Include these sections:
1. Audience: who they are, what they already know, what they want
2. Top 10 problems and questions, in their words
3. Voice and style rules (plain English, short paragraphs, etc.)
4. What we never do: no income promises, no medical/legal/financial advice beyond general info, no trademarked names in products or domains, no invented statistics
5. Our unique angle: [your experience, testing, perspective]
6. Formatting preferences for drafts
Keep it under 500 words.
AI angle: Update your brief whenever you learn something new about your audience. Better inputs are the fastest way to better AI outputs. You can also save your favorite prompts in the prompt library.
Keep humans in the loop: AI tools can state wrong facts confidently. Verify anything factual, especially prices, specifications, program terms and anything health or money related.

A simple daily AI workflow

Start each work session by pasting your niche brief, then state the single task for the session (“outline one guide,” “write five product titles,” “draft a landing page”). Ask for one output at a time, review it, and save anything reusable as a prompt. End by logging what worked in your journal. This keeps AI focused on your goals instead of generating piles of drafts you never use.

Your Action Step

Fill in the six-layer table for your own stack (one tool per row), create your asset’s dedicated Google account and asset handbook, and generate your niche brief with the prompt above. Save the brief in your AI home base. You have finished Module 1. Next, start building with Pick a Domain and Build the Site.
